About Me :

Hi, My name is Dipankar and I am working as Lead Auditor for GMPs at Sanofi-Aventis, (Asia-Pacific). I am responsible for auditing suppliers of APIs, Formulations, Packaging materials and Medical devices operating in India. I am based at Mumbai. My experience in the pharmaceutical industry was at Dr Reddy's, Lupin Limited and in other organisations like Unichem Labs, Panacea Biotec and Dabur India. My work primarily has been in QA domain for formulations and APIs. I have done my Post Graduation in Analytical Chemistry and currently pursuing MBA from Amity business school.

My Professional Profile :

My professional experience comprises of 16 years across pharmaceutical industry. I have developed expertise in quality operations, leadership and business process. In my past expreience, I have leads team of 4 – 5 professionals to implement quality initiatives, lean processes and improvement projects. Develop quality and reliability policies and procedures and communicate to employees.

I am a Lead Auditor for GMPs – APIs and formulations by training and experience. My areas of expertise are:

• • Develop strategies for outsourcing key technologies,

  • Sourcing critical molecules,

  • Establishing and managing large & medium contract mfg. sites,

  • Filing regulatory dossiers for different Markets from suppliers and sub-contractors

Work closely with business leaders to identify business priorities, identifies and implements a quality plan for end-to-end supply chain to achieve the business goals.

In these assignments, I focus on developing Business partners and Associates for sound Quality systems, Regulatory compliance and documentation meeting cGMPs.

I wish to leverage and further build upon these skills by helping organization solve critical business problems, through a career in technical and strategic consulting.
